Comin provide, for the customer who make a request for it, the recalling of used lances, the renovation of part of the carpentry and the restitution of the regenerated lances which have the same technical features of the new lances but with a price that allows a remarkable saving of money on every lance.
In order to facilitate this type of service, which we call “Ecological recycling”, lances are always delivered positioned inside special provided iron crates, which are used again for the return journey of used lances.
NO PERFORMANCE FALL COMPARED WITH NEW LANCES
We restore only the section of carpentry which, during his work, remains outside the melted iron. The employ of regenerated carpentry doesn’t have influence on the lance performance.
CARPENTRY PERFECTLY REGENERATED
The section of carpentry which is regenerated, before being used again, is subjected to a sequence of treatments using sophisticated equipment which allows a perfect rectification with work tolerance near to zero.
COST-FREE TAKING AND DISPOSION OF USED LANCE
The pile up of used refractory material inside the plant is an ecological problem; it involves an enormous expenditure for the steelplant, we resolve this problem cost-free recalling used lances.
The refractory lining of lances is always new, the refractory material that we recycle is sold to other customers, we don’t use it in any of our products.
Customers who are interested in the ecological regeneration service will obtain a discount on the sell price, moreover they will save money on the disposal of used lances and of their packagings.
