History

Comin started his activity in 1990 when Gio Batta Masnata, after getting a twenty-year long experience into the reafractory industry,
founded the society Com.In. s.r.l.; Comin distinguished himself from the beginning for the quality of his products so that it became with his more
renowed products, the main supplyer of some of the greatest steel plants of Italy.

In 2008 Pallotta Group took over the firm and did a great investment for the production equipments and to build an advanced research
and development centre that now boats an important collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering of the Terni University.
This collaboration ended on February 2010 and now in our research centre are employed some of the best researchers in this field.
