Skid lining or cupels are composed by two refractory blocks held together by their inner carpentry which has got a particular bayonet fitting. This system allows a higher adherence with the skid than the lining of our competitors, this involve a high insulation due to the low space between cupel and skid.

Thanks to the bayonet fitting, the installation of cupels occour without mistakes and more quickly than the competitor’s ones.
LOW LOSS OF HEAT
Our cupels are payed back by themselves. Thanks to a better insulation of skid, furnace has a lower loss of heat than before, this means a remarcable economical saving at the end of the year (thousands of Euro).
