We could supply monolithic deltas for every sort of E.A.F., they have a long life and an high resistance to thermal shock and to corrosion.
NO NEED OF SPECIAL FREIGHT
Often, big dimensions furnace, need so big deltas that require very expensive and slow special freight.
Com.In. is one of the few company all over the world who is able to supply deltas realized in different blocks which have to be assembled by the steel plant workers and which can travel on normal truck.
LIFE-RECORD
Our deltas could boast work life records greatly higher than the ones realized with bricks and refractory cement.
NO COOLING SYSTEM OF CARPENTRY
Thanks to high insulating properties of the refractory material we use, the metallic carpentry, which surrounds the refractory lining, doesn’t need a cooling system of water.
The frequent breackings of the delta’s cooling system may induce a stop of the production process or may imply early chances of deltas, which are still in good condition in their refractory part.
SAVING OF ELECTRODES
Our deltas have got an innovative system which, cooling the electrodes, allows a longer duration of them. This system involves remarkable economic saving which, under certain circumstances, were over 1,5 Million Euro in one year.
A control unit supplyed together with delta, has the aim to adjust the flow of cooling fluid; this liquid flows inside the cooling system and is sprinkled on the electrodes surface increasing his duration.
SERVICE OF REGENERATION OF OUTER CARPENTRY
At the request of our customer we could take back the used carpentry of delta, regenerate it and use it again for the production of a new delta.
ECONOMICAL ADVANTAGE
The customer who require this service will obtain an economical discount to the price of every delta. In this way the customer could save money cutting costs for the demolition and for the disposal of used carpentry.
A CARPENTRY AS NEW
We use a carpentry realized with high thickness iron plate that, during the delta’s work, isn’t subject to any damage, neither on surface, this is due partly to the high quality of refractory material.
Although our carpentry hasn’t ever required to be corrected, we check it again measuring it and testing it every time.
