Our team, made up of high skilled engineers and chemist researcher, is able to design lances realized on the customer’s specifications for all types of plants and employments.
The continous control of our equipment and of the production process allows us to supply high specification products with long life.
CONTROLLED CONSUMPTION OF LANCE
An innovative inner metallic structure, together with a particular system of connection between the refractory material and the carpentry, allows us to obtain what our researcher call “Controlled consumption of lance”: the lance, during his work, has a constant consumption and maintains his geometric proportions, avoiding the dangerous torsions which may send gas to the ladle’s walls.
CONSUMPTION BALANCING
Some lances producted by our competiting firm are realized using low-homogeneous materials which tend to wear out in an uneven way so that the lance become unusable when his refractory lining is damaged only in one side and the other parts are still in good conditions.
ADVANTAGES OF POROUS PLUG
Employment of porous plug, especially during the pressure losses, avoids melted steel going up through the gas pipe during the treatment.
The violent gas flux which come out the lance without porous plug may have such a violence that could mix again slag and steel, making vain the stirring treatment which has the aim to homogenize steel and to let the slag deposit on the top of the ladle.
NO PACKAGING TO BE DISPOSED
Big packagings of competitor’s lances pile up inside the storehouse of steelplants and they look forward to be disposed. Our packagings are reconditioned and used again, this contributes to propose the customer a lower price, saving money on the disposal costs and defending environment.
OPTIONAL:ANTI-DUST PACKING CASE WITH HERMETIC SEAL
We designed a crate with hermetic seal which prevents every escape of particulate in order to avoid that the storage and the transport of used lances cause the forming of dust.
